This is the formal application for a booth at NETS 2024. We appreciate your interest and will review your application and booth request and respond to you in a timely manner. After approved you will be given access to select a booth size, sponsorships, etc. A 50% down payment will be expected upon booking.
NOTE: Booth placements will be assigned on a First-Come, First-Serve basis
At NETS we will have a few exhibition halls. An exhibitor can buy a booth/s inside the Expo Hall and the Game Hall.

Expo Hall Costs:.
- Standard 10x10 is $1,550
- Premium 10x10 with a corner $1,650
- Limited # of Premium 20x20 Peninsula $7,500
- Limited # of 8x10 outside of Expo Hall $1,300
- If you don't rent a Peninsula, max # of booths is three
Game Hall Costs - Includes Monday Game Night 6-9pm with Food and Beverages
- Standard 10x10 is $1,850
- Premium 10x10 with a corner is $1,950
- Maximum of 2 booths in Game Hall
GAME NIGHT, Monday Feb 12, 2024
On Game Night the Game Hall will be open from 6-9pm for sit down game play. Additional round tables will be setup in the common area outside of the Game Hall and will be available for rent for $300 each. Food and Beverages will be included. Limited number of Game Tables will be available.
FURTHER BENEFITS of NETS
- All halls will be carpeted so no need to bring your own flooring.
- NETS is covering the Exhibitor Insurance costs for you. So no need to submit a COI (Certificate of Insurance) so that will save you time and money. In addition the insurance we are providing for you has a ZERO deductible, so in the rare case your booth did cause a disruption, this insurance plan will be the primary and your company would have no deductible. Just another way NETS is trying to make it easier for you.
